Gregory G. Crist

President and CEO
Greg leads the AVO with more than fifteen years of professional experience in association management and non-profit development. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded into Canada and Mexico, supporting vacation ownership interests internationally. Greg has established solid working relationships with key stakeholders in the resort community and sits on the board of directors as Vice Chairman of the Canadian Vacation Ownership Association.

Greg’s collaborative nature in working with other organizations who are equally committed to improving vacation ownership, both as a product and an experience, has allowed him to bridge complex issues through mutually beneficial solutions. He is often asked to write about vacation ownership related to consumer/owner topics and has been published in Timesharing Today, Resort Trades, Perspective Magazine, and Sharetime in the UK.

Wes Sattenfield

Vice President
Wes has a long, varied and successful timeshare career spanning 33 years in the industry. A native of North Carolina, Wes manages his business operations in both Daytona Florida and in South Carolina. His career in timeshare finance and marketing which includes loan funding has given him the unique distinction of being at the helm of a team which has successfully sold out more than 20 shared ownership properties. In addition to having served as a consultant to RCI for properties in the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic and the United States, Wes is currently a developer for 3 timeshare resorts and sits on the Board of Directors of 5 timeshare resorts. Wes is actively involved in many charitable organizations, his favorite being an organization that procures and sends both necessary and comfort items to US service men and women serving overseas.The AVO is proud to have Wes’ knowledge and passion of the timeshare industry to assist us in our initiatives to educate, promote and advocate on behalf of our member owners.
